Summer Evening, Rosewall Hill
Rosewall Hill is located along the coastal road from St. Ives to Zennor and is one of my favourite locations to paint. The colour of the Foxgloves and Sorrel, backlit against the distance and sunlit sea, made an interesting variation to a subject I have painted many times over the years.
