Misty Light, Froggatt Edge
On this foggy December day, which seemed rather dull down in the valley, as I walked up to Froggatt Edge the blue sky above the fog became visible. During the time I worked on this painting, the play of light through the mist could have produced ten different studies, if I could only have mixed the colour fast enough.
